ABOUT
Jelena Petelinkar-Litchfield holds a degree in Applied Human Physiology and Sports Science from the University of Sport and Medicine in Belgrade (2008–2012), with formal training in anatomy, physiology, and biochemistry.
Her thesis, Health and Wellness during Pregnancy, awarded with highest distinction, examined how maternal environment, movement, and physiology influence long-term metabolic and hormonal outcomes—establishing a foundation in developmental and reproductive health.
She completed advanced training in Functional Medicine through the Kresser Institute, specialising in functional nutrition and clinical blood chemistry analysis, with a focus on metabolic, gut, hormonal, and fertility-related conditions.
Jelena is the co-founder of the Kingdom of Health (KOH) doctrine—a cellular and circadian framework that positions mitochondrial function, redox biology, and circadian signalling as primary regulators of human physiology. Built on a cell-to-system (CTOS) model, this approach interprets symptoms and laboratory findings as downstream expressions of energy production, environmental input, and biological timing.
With over 15 years of clinical practice and experience supporting more than 1,000 clients across Serbia, the UAE, the UK, and Australia, her work focuses on complex metabolic, gut, hormonal, and fertility cases. She applies a structured, root-cause methodology that begins at the cellular level and extends outward to systemic function.
Her work is centred on restoring cellular coherence—where energy production, circadian signalling, and environmental alignment are re-established to allow physiology to regulate, adapt, and perform as intended.
Who This Is For
This work is designed for individuals who recognise that their health concerns are not random—but part of a deeper pattern.
You may be here if you are experiencing:
-
Persistent fatigue despite “normal” blood tests
-
Hormonal imbalances, irregular cycles, or fertility challenges
-
Difficulty losing weight or maintaining metabolic stability
-
Digestive issues that remain unresolved despite multiple approaches
-
A sense that your body is not responding the way it should
This is particularly suited for those who have already explored conventional or functional approaches—but are seeking a more precise, structured, and foundational solution.
The KOH Approach
Rather than beginning with symptoms, this approach begins at the level where health is created: the cell.
At every moment, the body is regulating two core variables:
-
Energy production (mitochondrial function)
-
Signal accuracy (circadian and environmental input)
When these are stable, the system regulates naturally.
When they are disrupted, symptoms appear.
The KOH methodology restores:
-
Cellular energy and redox balance
-
Circadian rhythm and light-based signalling
-
Hormonal and metabolic communication
-
Environmental alignment (light, timing, stress, inputs)
This creates the conditions in which the body can resolve dysfunction, rather than continuously manage it.
What It Is Not
This work is not based on:
-
Symptom suppression
-
Generic supplement protocols
-
Short-term interventions or quick fixes
It is a structured, physiology-based process that requires consistency, awareness, and a willingness to address the root cause.
The Process
Each client journey follows a clear and structured pathway:
-
Initial Consultation
A comprehensive assessment of your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle, and environment -
Deep Analysis
Review of blood work, functional testing (if available), and metabolic patterns -
Personalised Protocol
A targeted plan addressing cellular energy, circadian rhythm, nutrition, and supplementation -
Guided Implementation
Ongoing support, education, and adjustments to ensure the system is responding appropriately
Expected Outcomes
While each case is individual, clients commonly experience:
-
Improved energy and metabolic stability
-
Regulation of menstrual cycles and hormonal balance
-
Enhanced digestion and reduced inflammation
-
Better sleep quality and circadian alignment
-
Increased resilience and clarity in overall health
Who This Is Not For
This approach may not be suitable for those who:
-
Are seeking immediate or symptomatic relief only
-
Prefer a passive approach without lifestyle or environmental changes
-
Are not ready to engage in a structured, long-term process
